Welcome to the website of Northshore Christian Church. We have designed it to provide information about our church, our ministries, and especially how we can move closer to God through His Son, Jesus.
Our passion at Northshore is grow in our love for God and other people and show it in our obedience to serve the world. This is based on the two pillars we have built this ministry on, the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. The Great Commandment has called us to: "‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself." Luke 10:27 and the Great Commission is to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matt. 28:19
This is why when you come to Northshore you will see displayed prominently throughout our campus the phrase ”Loving God, Loving People and Serving the World.”
Part of our ministry is the Web site you're visiting. If this is your first experience with a non-denominational church, I invite you to read our Statement of Faith, which provides a list of our doctrinal beliefs along with the biblical basis for the expression of those beliefs. If you have any questions or would like more information, please use the e-mail hypertext links to let us know.
At Northshore we have a deep commitment to teaching the Word of God. You will find most of the messages I have shared over the years archived on the media page. If you have a particular need you may find an encouraging word as you look at the various topics. Sermon notes and group discussion questions are also available for each message.
It is our desire to meet our community's needs in all aspects of spiritual growth, from someone who is meeting Jesus for the first time to a believer who has walked with Him through many seasons. Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, Northshore Christian would like to encourage you in Christ-whether it's in Bible study, serving alongside other believers or in opportunities of fun and fellowship with those who have also embraced Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
We hope if the Lord leads you to our fellowship we will have the opportunity to share this journey together.
Preparing people for Christ's coming,
Pastor Ken
