As a leader you are expected to do the following:

1.     Care for your group members

2.     Facilitate the lesson or see that it is done

3.     Develop an apprentice/co-leader who will eventually lead a new group

4.     Read and implement the Group Life Connection e-communication

5.     Keep a healthy balance in your group by loving God, loving each other and developing 1 or 2 annual opportunities for service and outreach.

6.     Maintain a consistent connection with your coach

7.     Let your coach know of any changes in your group i.e., people, curriculum, etc.

8.     Attend small group leader development events

9.     Respond quickly to requests from your coach or the Group Life Pastor
